For this project, there are 4 parts in which you can join! You can choose to join just one, or several/all parts! Down below is a video of me explaining each part, but please also read this info as to not miss anything.

Part 1; Happy Bday in different languages

This part is audio only. The main idea is to say "Happy birthday" (only these two words) in your own language.

♥ I'm hoping to get as many different languages as possible. If you're native american but know a second language, please try to use it instead of english.

♥ Like part 2, this is audio only, but if you can't record it without video it's ok! I can just remove the video and take out the audio.



Part 2; Happy Bday song

This part is audio only. Main idea is to sing 'happy bday' in korean.

♥ I only need audio, but if you can't record only audio, video is okay as I can just take out the audio later.

♥ Don't worry about being a bad singer or not being able to pronounce korean well. Everyone's voices will be put together.


Part 3; Drawings/messages

This part is in video. The main idea is to show off a paper/sign with a drawing or message from you to Heechul.

♥ You have to be in the video yourself! I want to see you holding your sign up. If you're uncomfortable with showing your face, it's okay to hold the sign infront of your face or ask a friend to help hold it for you.

♥ If you write a message, don't make it longer than 1-2 sentences.

Part 4; The text message

This part is video. The main idea is that you're recieving a text message, so you have to pick up your phone.

♥ The camera angle is shot 'from your eyes' (meaning, you're not in the video yourself, only your hands/legs/feet etc) along with any surroundings/people/pets/friends. Try to get your everyday surrounding in there, may it be in school, out on the street etc. I want noises in there too if possible (ppl talking on the streets, cars passing by). If you have any well known landmarks for your country, close to where you live (example, France; eiffel tower) try to get it into your surroundings.

♥ I need to hear your textmessage tone. (it doesnt need to be kpop relate, any tone you're using/want to use). So after filming a few seconds of your surroundings, have your phone go off (either by just playing the tone, or having a friend message you). Make sure the volume of your phone is loud enough to be hear on the video.

♥ Watch out for camera reflections if you're recording the phone screen!
